Over the years, the creators of Kindara have worked in chaplaincy, counselling, and reflective supervision across a range of settings — hospitals, schools, FIFO communities, and more. We have training in trauma-informed care, narrative approaches, and mindfulness supports. This is the culmination of the gentle, real-world work we now do with individuals and teams navigating life’s complexities.
